Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist for a hybrid role in the Truro area. You will work on residential developments from concept to delivery, with responsibilities spanning planning submissions, technical packages, and coordination with land, planning and development teams.

The role requires UK practice experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects independently.

Qualifications

• Residential project experience is essential.
• Strong technical and construction knowledge required.
• Good communication and coordination skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Producing planning, technical and construction drawing packages.
• Working on residential developments from concept through delivery.
• Coordinating consultants and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with planning submissions and technical approvals.
• Liaising with land, planning and development teams.
• Ensuring designs comply with Building Regulations and standards.
• Supporting growth of the in-house architectural team.
