This service is part of our therapy-led model of addiction treatment, placing clinical excellence and personalised recovery at the centre of everything we do

As part of our expanding network of residential addiction services, Horizon House will deliver our pioneering Flourish programme in a calm, therapeutic environment designed for recovery.
Delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, Flourish offers a distinct alternative to traditional hospital-based treatment.
Designed for individuals who do not require medical detox or ongoing clinical intervention, the programme focuses on structured therapy, meaningful community connection, and practical tools to support lasting recovery.
