Job summary

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Lead to create and oversee personalised activity plans that enhance residents' daily living. You will manage a dedicated team to encourage new interests, physical activity, and social engagement within a warm, homely setting.

You will maintain detailed resident reports, update relatives, and stay informed about local and national events to continually shape the home’s activity programme.

Qualifications

• Passionate and caring individual with a deep desire to help residents.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate activities across the home.
• Strong communication with residents and relatives, building trust.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents' unique goals and create personalised activity plans.
• Lead the team to help residents explore new interests and stay active in a stimulating, homely environment.
• Ensure the programme of events is well advertised throughout the home.
• Maintain individual reports and provide in-depth wellbeing updates to relatives.
• Keep up to date with local and national events to influence the home activity programme.
