Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Co-ordinator to help residents stay active and independent in a caring, supportive environment. You will identify individual goals and develop personalised activity plans, while encouraging residents to explore new interests and participate in physical activities.

Work with families and the local community to create meaningful experiences, bringing a sense of fun, flexibility and creativity to meet diverse interests.

• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Identifying residents' goals and implementing personalised activity plans
• Supporting residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities
• Collaborating with families, residents and local communities to create meaningful experiences
