Care UK is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Lead in Goole to design and implement personalised activity plans that enrich residents' lives. You will manage a team to help residents explore new interests, stay physically active, and enjoy a homely environment.

You’ll also promote events, keep residents’ wellbeing updated in reports for relatives, and stay informed on local and national events to shape the home’s programme across the year.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage residents and relatives.
• Ability to plan and run personalised activity programmes.
• Experience in coordinating activities with a team.
