Job summary

Sanctuary Care’s Watlington (Watlington, Oxfordshire) is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator on a full-time basis. This role involves creating and delivering experiences that enrich residents’ lives, planning events, and shaping daily life with creativity and empathy.

You will work 36 hours per week at Watlington and District Nursing Home, earning £14.59 per hour. The role emphasizes collaboration, person-centered care, and a warm, inclusive home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for older people or in a care home preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging experiences and events.
