Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator in Watlington to design meaningful experiences and events that enrich residents’ lives. You’ll know each resident, support participation in activities, and foster an inclusive home culture with your team.

The role emphasizes creativity, compassion, and collaboration to deliver engaging experiences and maintain high-quality care within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in wellbeing, activities coordination, or event planning is desirable.
• A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
• Good communication skills and a flexible approach to your work.
• Energy, creativity and confidence to engage others.
