In this role you will build individual activity plans, coordinate events, and work closely with staff, relatives, and visitors to create meaningful daily experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience planning activities and events.
• Experience working with older people in residential dementia care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude toward elder care and commitment to providing stimulating activities.

• Plan and submit monthly activity and wellbeing plans.
