Job summary

MHA’s Bradbury Grange care home in Whitstable is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to enhance residents’ wellbeing through a varied programme of activities. You will plan, deliver and review activities for individuals and groups, working closely with staff, families and volunteers to promote engagement and independence.

You will use IT tools to help residents stay connected with loved ones, while maintaining records and supporting new staff during induction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver a varied programme of activities for residents.

• Coordinate with staff, relatives, volunteers, and community groups.
• Maintain records of activities, attendance and outcomes.
• Monitor and adapt activities to changing resident needs.
