Job summary

Prime Life invites you to join our Seacroft Court team in Skegness as an Activities Coordinator. You will plan daily activities that enrich residents’ social, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, coordinate trips, and provide companionship during outings and appointments.

The role offers a supportive team, DBS clearance funded, and opportunities to progress, with a pay band of £8.72–£8.91 per hour, depending on qualifications, across a 7-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to improve residents' well-being.
• Prior experience organising activities in a similar care environment is a plus.
• Good time-keeping skills and ability to prioritise tasks are essential.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities to support residents' social, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
• Schedule trips and excursions aligned with residents' interests and hobbies.
• Provide friendship and companionship, accompany residents to outings or appointments.
• Organise and participate in fundraising activities.
• Arrange in-house entertainment such as musicians or artists.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
• Welcome family members and encourage participation in daily activities.
