Job summary

Prime Life is seeking an Activities Coordinator at Lowfield House Residential Home in Kirton in Lindsey. The role involves planning daily activities to promote residents' well‑being, arranging trips, and providing companionship.

You will help organise fundraising and entertainment while maintaining records and welcoming families. The position offers a 20-hour weekly schedule with regular shifts, DBS funded, and a referral bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning activities for residents in care settings.
• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities to support residents' social, emotional, physical and spiritual well‑being.
• Schedule trips and social outings in line with residents’ interests and hobbies.
• Provide friendship and companionship, and accompany residents on outings or appointments.
• Organise and participate in fundraising activities.
• Research and arrange in‑home entertainment (musicians, artists).
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation.
• Welcome family members and encourage participation in daily activities.
