Job summary

Inspire Neurocare in Farnborough is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance wellbeing for residents with neurological conditions. You will create and lead meaningful group and individual activities, work with the Therapy and Nursing teams to support rehabilitation journeys, and develop community partnerships to enrich residents’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Creating and leading meaningful activities that celebrate residents' strengths and support recovery.
• Collaborating with Therapy, Care and Nursing teams to integrate activities with rehabilitation.
• Encouraging participation and fostering confidence and personal growth.
• Building relationships with residents, families, and staff to create an inclusive environment.
• Sourcing community resources and planning experiences reflecting residents' interests and goals.
• Getting to know residents' preferences to support independence.
