The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, work well with visiting artists, and assist in maintaining all entertainment equipment with opportunities for training and career development; live-in may be available and staff discounts

• Experience in a similar role or environment.
• Ability to liaise with visiting artists and production teams.
• Flexibility and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and support visiting artists to ensure high-quality performances with sound and light checks.
• Collaborate with resident band and show team to create and deliver new production shows.
• Maintain entertainment equipment and areas to a high standard.
• Support overall quality and delivery of the entertainment product.
