Job Description:

Cobalt is currently assisting one of the Build to Rent industry's leading businesses in their search for a front of house hire for a luxurious Build To Rent development in Manchester.

This role requires a professional background in property, student accommodation, hospitality, or customer service.

You will be a key member of the site/front of house team, ensuring residents receive excellent service, the building is maintained efficiently, and the team collaborates effectively. Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, you will deliver an exceptional resident experience through first-class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face resident interaction, building rapport to ensure residents feel welcome, safe, and at home
  • Conducting viewings and tours for prospective and current residents
  • Performing pre-let and scheduled inspections of communal areas
  • Managing receipt and collection of parcels
  • Ensuring building security and resident administration in line with GDPR
  • Organizing and hosting resident events
  • Logging and reporting Health and Safety tasks
  • Completing administrative duties, including report generation

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, property, or customer service
  • Knowledge of H&S requirements on-site and ability to implement them
  • Continuous improvement in knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Flexible, team-oriented approach
  • Positive attitude and proactive resident service with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, including numeracy
