Overview

RESIDENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE – DERBY – £25,397 – £26,250. Salary: £25,397 – £26,250. Shift Pattern: Weekly rotation – Early (8am–5pm), Mid (9am–6pm), Late (11am–8pm). Weekend Work: 1 in every 3 Saturdays (No Sundays).

OPR are working with a leading residential landlord to source a proactive and personable Resident Services Associate for a vibrant Build to Rent development in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, customer-facing role and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a professionally managed rental community.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for residents, providing friendly and professional support
  • Manage resident enquiries, unit inspections, parcel handling, and lettings viewings
  • Support tenancy administration, income management, and void unit oversight
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Promote resident engagement and host community events
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Carry out building walks and assist with general site cleanliness
About You
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel/tourism, or property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Organised, detail oriented, and tech savvy
  • Professional appearance and a passion for delivering great service
  • Qualifications in property or customer service are a plus
