Job summary

Lawtech is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to coordinate customer service for residents, subcontractors, and client representatives on cladding remediation projects. You will maintain relationships, draft communications, and support project teams to ensure timely resolutions and high service levels.

Strong written English, experience in customer service or resident liaison within construction or social housing, and ability to manage resident expectations are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English is required.
• Experience with customer service, ideally resident liaison in construction or social housing.
• Ability to manage resident expectations.
• DBS check (standard) is expected.
• Competent with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Competent with Project Probe and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth project running by building and maintaining relationships among residents, subcontractors, client representatives and Lawtech team.
• Work with Project Manager and Design & Quality teams to ensure service quality.
• Set up and maintain customer service systems, site records and communications plans.
• Draft responses for residents and other parties; mail merge letters for surveys and installation dates.
• Answer calls and arrange appointments; liaise with residents to determine requirements.
• Manage site surveys, appointments, and security/compliance for residents.
