Job description

Are you a people-person with a flair for organisation and a love for creating a vibrant place for residents to live? If so, our Resident Manager role at Glassyard, London could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Working at Glassyard, London, the Resident Manager will have the opportunity to combine their passion for people with supporting the senior management team in the day-to-day operation of the property.

This role offers full time hours of37.5 hours per week, working between 8:30am and 7:00pm on a rota basis.

As Resident Manager, you'll be part of the residents' go-to support team, helping to create an exceptional living experience and a strong sense of community. You will be responsible for compiling reports, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring the property remains a welcoming, well-presented, and vibrant place to live.

About you:

We're looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused individual with experience in a similar role. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

You will have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing social media channels and coordinating resident events that help build an engaged and vibrant community. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging content and confidently interact with a diverse resident population.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident experiences is a must.

Mandarin language skills would be highly desirable, helping us to provide an exceptional experience for our international residents.
