Resident Maintenance Electrician
Wolverhampton
£37 – £38,000 per annum

Would you like to work as part of an onsite maintenance team at a static site in Wolverhampton? We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, providing electrical and building services maintenance.

Your main duties will include:

1. Completing PPM and reactive maintenance across the estate to electrical plant and systems and general building services compliance.
2. PPM tasks – including Emergency Lighting Inspection, Test and Repair, compliance checks etc.
3. Maintaining plant rooms, roofs, and fire exits to company standards and ensuring all plant and equipment are maintained.
4. Working as part of the wider team, demonstrating a professional & courteous manner to members, assisting with queries they may have.
5. Inducting subcontractors, reviewing RAMs, and assisting where possible.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified electrical engineer Level 3 ideally with 18th edition.
• Relevant technical experience in a working environment and maintenance background.
• Ability to use internal IT systems and communicate effectively using (Microsoft 365).
• Friendly & approachable nature with great communication skills.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £37 – £38,000 per annum, working 40 hours a week. 23 days annual leave plus stats, and opportunity to boost earnings via call out and overtime.
