Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer for a 6-month fixed term contract at a client site in Bristol. You will be the on-site first point of contact, delivering PPM, reactive repairs and general building services support.

The role requires 18th Edition, hands-on M&E experience, strong communication and health & safety awareness. On-site, rotating shifts, with benefits including enhanced overtime and a potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition is required.
• Hands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
• Support general building services on-site.
• Emergency lighting maintenance and lamp changes.
• Electrical & fire alarm testing and fault finding/repairs (mechanical and electrical).
• Minor plumbing and fabric maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
