Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking an Activities Coordinator for one of its care homes in the United Kingdom. You will use your experience in arts, theatre, music, hospitality and event hosting to plan and run daily activities that foster wellbeing and social interaction for residents.

You will collaborate with the Home Manager and the Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager to deliver engaging programs, manage volunteers, and ensure activities suit individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in leisure, lifestyle, hospitality or event management is advantageous.
• Experience in theatre, art, music, hospitality or event hosting.
• Ability to lead group activities and manage volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Create and run daily activities for residents.
• Develop programs promoting wellbeing and socialisation.
• Collaborate with Home Manager and Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager.
