Job summary

ionic Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer on a temp-to-perm basis for a housing refurbishment project in Manchester. You will act as the main contact between residents and site teams, coordinating access and appointments while delivering timely updates.

The role requires solid experience as CLO/TLO/Resident Liaison, with strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills, plus a valid UK driving licence. Salary up to £32,000 and a company van/mileage are offered.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works.
• Keep residents informed of upcoming works, appointments and progress.
• Arrange access to properties and coordinate appointments with site teams.
• Handle resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates.
• Liaise closely with Site Managers, operatives and housing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all resident communication.
