Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an experienced Housing & Support Assistant to join a supported housing service in Uxbridge. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment.

This role combines reception, administration, housing support, and health & safety responsibilities. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a flexible rota, and may require weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, supported living, reception, administration, or customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills and record-keeping ability.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors.
• Carry out reception duties, manage calls, emails and payments.
• Maintain records and incident reports.
• Support wellbeing and safety checks in the building.
• Liaise with contractors to arrange repairs.
• Provide information and signpost to services.
