Job summary

Fairhive Homes Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician to join the Property Services team. You will carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance across our property portfolio, ensuring safe, high-quality homes and excellent resident service.

You may occasionally undertake EICRs and participate in an out-of-hours rota to keep residents safe. Applicants must be fully qualified electricians with NVQ Level 3, AM2, and 18th Edition; a full UK driving licence is essential and City &

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in domestic electrical work, repairs and fault diagnoses.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
• AM2 qualification required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day electrical responsive repairs across Fairhive's property portfolio.
• Perform planned electrical maintenance works.
• Maintain high-quality homes and provide excellent customer service to residents.
