Job summary

Fairhive Homes is seeking an experienced Responsive Repairs Electrician to join our Property Services team. This role offers a salary of £43,992.04 per annum, along with a company van and fuel card.

Located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, you will maintain homes and deliver excellent service to our residents. As an electrician, you will carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and planned maintenance, ensuring high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully qualified electrician with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in domestic electrical work, repairs & fault diagnosis is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in call-out rota.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, high-quality homes through electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and staff to achieve service goals.
• Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports as needed.
