Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer in North London, based at our Corsica Street office with hybrid working. You will support effective communication between residents, Clarion, contractors and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experience.

You will build and maintain positive relationships, ensure residents’ views are heard and help delivery of service commitments. Some travel across local regions is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident liaison or customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, contractors and stakeholders.
• Comfort with travel across local regions.
