Clarion Housing Group in London is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support effective communication between residents, contractors and stakeholders. You will build and maintain positive relationships and help deliver on service commitments, ensuring residents’ views are heard.

This hybrid role, based at Corsica Street, requires travel across local regions as needed. It offers 36 hours per week and a salary range of £36,709 to £45,367 per annum.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer experience by supporting effective communication between residents, Clarion Housing Group, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and partners to ensure their views are heard.
• Support the smooth delivery of services and resolve issues effectively, contributing to responsive, customer-focused outcomes.
