Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd. is seeking a Resident Engineer to join a leading materials handling company, based full-time at a key customer site in Magor, Monmouthshire. You will service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and a range of MHE, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, with a recognised engineering qualification. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on servicing or maintenance experience.
• Maintenance of Forklift Trucks, mobile plant machinery or HGVs.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Full UK driving licence (desirable).
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in engineering (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and MHE on a key customer site.
• Ensure minimal downtime and high quality service delivery.
• Work at a full-time customer site with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Job Role

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, based full-time at a key customer site. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery.

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience

Essential requirements of Resident Engineer

• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Have hands-on experience in the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.

Desirable Requirements of Resident Engineer

• Full UK Driving License
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.
