Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in regeneration, resident engagement, or community development.
• Strong knowledge of GLA ballot processes and resident engagement approaches is desirable.
• Understanding of legislation impacting rehousing and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of resident engagement plans and landlord offers for regeneration and rehousing schemes.
• Support ballots, consultation, co-design, and planning for resident engagement.
• Own programming functions including business plan targets, team resourcing, site office planning, and overall programme management.
• Assess risks and opportunities per scheme and produce clear reports and strategy.
• Build relationships with internal teams, development partners, consultants, residents, and local stakeholders.
