Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Communities Programming Lead to oversee regeneration and rehousing initiatives across London and the Northwest. You will lead on resident insights, profiling and programming for redevelopment schemes, and you will visit sites to support engagement and delivery.

Reporting directly to the Head of Communities in the Property and Investment division, you will coordinate the team’s work plans, resourcing and ballots, and build strong relationships with

Qualifications

• High-level housing regeneration or community development experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in delivering development programmes with results.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver objectives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead on resident engagement plans and landlord offers within regeneration projects.
• Build relationships with multiple teams, partners, contractors and residents.
• Oversee multiple schemes in growth pipeline and existing redevelopment initiatives across London and Northwest.
• Own Communities team programming functions: business plan targets, resourcing and site planning.
