Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm and dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member for Miramar Care Home in Herne Bay. You will support dining services and assist residents with meals, helping them choose options and ensuring tables are set according to SOPs. Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and caring approach.
• Knowledge of food hygiene best practices is a plus.
• Experience in a care home, restaurant, or hotel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support dining service and assist residents with meals.
• Help residents choose meal options during dining.
• Set dining tables per SOPs and keep front of house clean and presentable.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger food and fruit options are available.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements and restrictions.
