You will prepare, cook and serve fresh, high-quality meals for residents, plan nutritious menus for dietary and cultural needs, lead and develop the catering team, manage stock within budget, and uphold HACCP food-safety standards. Join Shaw to help deliver excellent care through great food.

• Preparing, cooking and serving fresh, high-quality meals for residents.
• Planning varied, nutritious menus that cater for dietary, cultural and individual preferences.
• Leading, motivating and supporting members of the catering team.
• Maintaining accurate food safety records in line with HACCP requirements.
• Ordering stock within budget and company guidelines using approved suppliers.
• Ensuring the kitchen consistently meets high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, following all procedures.
