Care UK is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen in a fast-paced environment focused on fresh, seasonal produce. You will develop nutritious menus, manage stock and costs, and ensure strict Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met.

You will train and develop a team to deliver high-quality meals for residents, with a commitment to care and teamwork at the heart of every service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen with fresh seasonal produce.
• Experience leading teams in a care or hospitality setting.
• Ability to design menus that meet residents' dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation.
