Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing nutritious menus for residents.
• Experience managing food costs and stock control.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
• Ability to coach and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation.
