Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a confident Customer Liaison Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective residents, families, and the public. This telephone-based, office-based role requires a professional and empathetic approach to handle enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.

You will work closely with care home teams to coordinate visits, maintain accurate records, and deliver a high standard of service while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with an excellent telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using email and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to email enquiries from prospective residents and families.
• Provide accurate information about Runwood Homes and services.
• Arrange and coordinate home visits for prospective residents and families.
• Liaise with care home teams to manage enquiries promptly.
• Maintain records of all enquiries and follow-ups.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic customer experience in every interaction.
• Remain calm and supportive during sensitive conversations.
