Job summary

CrossReach is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming spaces for residents, visitors, and colleagues. You will ensure bedrooms are comfortable and communal areas look their best, contributing to a home people are proud to call their own.

You will be organised, reliable and attentive to detail. Prior housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential as you help create a positive environment where residents feel supported.

Qualifications

• Organised and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Practical approach to work and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Housekeeping/cleaning or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Follow infection prevention and health and safety procedures.
• Support laundry duties and linen management.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Help maintain a safe and pleasant environment throughout the service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the home.
