Job summary

CrossReach is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming spaces for residents, visitors, and colleagues. You will ensure bedrooms are comfortable and communal areas look their best, contributing to a home people are proud to call their own.

You will be organised, reliable and attentive to detail. Prior housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential as you help create a positive environment where residents feel supported.

  • Replenish supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues.
  • Help maintain a safe and pleasant environment throughout the service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the home.

Job description

About you

You will be organised, reliable and have a strong attention to detail. You'll enjoy practical work and take pride in achieving high standards. Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. Most importantly, you'll understand that your work helps create a positive environment where residents can feel comfortable and supported.
