LV Care Group is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator for Bradda View in the Isle of Man. You will lead a stimulating programme of leisure activities and social events inside and outside the Home, tailored to residents’ likes, dislikes and needs, including those with dementia.

Develop Social Care Plans and regularly review them with residents and families. You will recruit volunteers, organise outings, and ensure weekly activity coverage, including evenings and weekends, while maintaining

• No formal qualification required, but willingness to undertake relevant training is essential.
• Experience with Dementia patients is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and initiative in work tasks.
