Job summary

Nexxus Care is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Co-ordinator to join the Bracken House team in Burntwood. You will design and lead engaging activities that enhance residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Hours: 24-hour contract with variable shifts Mon-Sun. You will work closely with the care team to ensure every resident feels valued and included, and you may assist with light personal care as needed.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver inclusive activities tailored to residents' interests.
• Ability to work with a care team to support wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a variety of activities for residents, including gentle exercise, arts & crafts, sing-alongs, sensory activities and quizzes.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Support residents with light personal care when required and collaborate with the care team to create an inclusive environment.
