Responsibilities

• Provide stimulating and meaningful activities for residents, tailoring these activities to individual skills, hobbies and interests to improve quality of life while upholding privacy, dignity and independence.
• Create a happy, caring atmosphere with residents' needs first, leading a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological activities tailored to the individual.
• No previous experience is required as full training is provided; enjoy leading and organizing activities with a flexible, hard-working and caring attitude as part of a dedicated team.
• This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
