Responsibilities

Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residence Concierge Assistant responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing resident needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to maximize resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies. Provides a friendly welcome and an "always ready to assist" attitude. Makes necessary deliveries to residents and pick-ups from residences. Transports packages and parcels.

What we are looking for

We seek individuals with a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the immediate area and strong communication skills. Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Assist colleagues with responsibilities and duties in their absence or during busy periods.
• Maintain the Residential Lobby in optimal cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Residences.

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and data.
• Remain calm and clear-thinking under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in using various software.
