Job summary

Project Partners is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee reservoir network works in the Bexley area. You will supervise day-to-day construction activities at clean water storage sites and water treatment works, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and on-site decision making, with a focus on health and safety. Candidates should hold relevant water industry qualifications and a valid driving licence; SMSTS/SSSTS or EUSR

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Site Supervision role within the utilities industry, preferably water.
• Knowledge of industry repair methods such as concrete joint repairs, waterproofing, membrane installation, drainage installation, pipework installations & modifications.
• Full driving licence, as the role involves a lot of driving.
• EUSR National Water Hygiene
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Proficient in basic IT programmes (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful completion of the works under your supervision, and that all activities undertaken on site are carried out to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate resources (labour, plant, and material) to meet the programme.
• Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements.
• Monitor and control labour, plant and materials to meet the programme.
• Instruct subcontractors and direct workforce, ensure trained, competent personnel operate equipment.
• Ensure toolbox talks, method statements, risk assessments and site briefings are recorded and understood.
• Interpret and apply engineering & stat drawings.
• Act as a role model supporting company vision and values.
