Job summary

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Reservoir Technician to support the safe operation of reservoirs across our network, helping ensure compliance with the Reservoirs Act 1975 and maintaining high safety standards. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, develop your technical knowledge, and contribute to protecting communities and the environment.

Applicants should have experience in engineering/operational environments, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to pursue a relevant

Are you looking for a role where you can help protect some of the region's most critical infrastructure? We7re looking for a Reservoir Technician to support the safe operation of reservoirs across our network, helping ensure compliance with the Reservoirs Act 1975 and maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational assurance.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in an engineering, operational or technical environment.
• Awareness of health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to present and interpret data.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently when required.
• Awareness of the Reservoirs Act 1975 would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Whilst not essential, a relevant engineering degree (or equivalent) would be preferred, or the willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.
