Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Coordinator to join our London office. This full-time, on-site role is vital in providing our clients with optimal temporary housing solutions.

The Reservation Coordinator will work with clients globally to understand their housing needs and coordinate with regional housing partners across EMEA to secure suitable accommodations. The role involves stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific housing requirements.
  • Booking Coordination: Liaise with housing partners to secure accommodations matching client needs.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues during booking processes promptly and effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to share insights and contribute to overall success.
