Job summary

You will upsell Experiences & Activities, Wellness & Spa and F&B offerings, know the hotel menus and promotions, and collaborate with F&B, Kitchen, Guest Relations and other teams to ensure bookings are seamless and revenue-positive during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or reservations is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to upsell Food & Beverage, Experiences and events.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries by phone, email and other channels.
• Take accurate reservations with guest info, dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel F&B, Experiences, Wellness & Spa offerings and promotions.
• Proactively upsell Experiences & Activities to maximise revenue.
• Liaise with F&B, Kitchen, Guest Relations and other teams to fulfil bookings.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests following hotel procedures.
