Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using reservation platforms and MS Office.
• Strong communication via phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and reservations via phone, email and other channels.
• Record guest details, preferences and requests accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of F&B offerings, Experiences & Activities.
• Proactively upsell Experiences, Wellness & Spa, and hotel offerings to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with F&B, guest relations and spa teams to fulfil guest needs.
