Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our hotel by providing personalised service to guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
• Master all aspects of our hotel rooms and facilities, enabling you to confidently advise guests and external agents on rates and packages.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing your energy and expertise to our cohesive team.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Engage with guests and colleagues with clarity and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
