Job summary

Upham Head Office is seeking a part-time Central Reservations Assistant to handle guest enquiries by phone and online, and manage restaurant and bedroom bookings across our pubs and inns.

You will cross-sell experiences, work with pub managers to ensure seamless guest journeys, and make every guest feel like a VIP with exceptional customer care. Training will be provided to help you shine.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a reservations-based role.
• Excellent communication skills (phone & online).
• Positive, can-do attitude and love for customer care.
• Cool under pressure and able to juggle tasks.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration and connection.
• Comfortable navigating booking systems (training provided).
