Trump Turnberry - Resort Sales is seeking a friendly luxury reservations advisor to deliver efficient responses to enquiries and design tailored guest experiences, promoting all resort facilities to maximize revenue. You will handle high volumes from phone and email, prepare personalized quotes, record details in booking systems, and upsell services while building guest loyalty.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound telephone and email enquiries promptly per SOP.
• Handle high volumes of sales enquiries from travel sources (phone, email, agencies, third party sites).
• Prepare detailed personalized sales quotes for each enquiry in a professional manner.
• Record all reservation details in booking systems for rooms, golf, spa, dining and transport.
• Input rate codes, market codes, and guest information accurately in systems.
• Coordinate post-booking changes and handover to Front Office before arrival.
• Maximize revenues with upselling across resort facilities.
• Promote Trump Card privileges to build brand loyalty.
• Maintain and update guest profiles with accurate information.
• Promote hotel facilities and services, including Forbes standards.

POSITION SCOPE

Toprovide an efficient and friendly luxury reservation service, build and designindividually tailored and personalised experiencesfor each guest, creating memorable experiences andguest loyalty. Promoting all aspects of the Resort facilities confidently andpassionately, maximizing revenues to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide a professional and timely response toall incoming telephone and email enquiries, ensuring that responses meet thedepartment SOP.
• Efficiently handle high levels of salesenquiries for the individual traveler from various sources including phonecalls, e-mails, booking agencies and third party booking websites
• Prepare detailed, relevant, personalized highquality sales quotes for every enquiry in an extremely professional verbal or writtenmanner
• Accurately record all reservation details invarious appropriate booking systems, including but not limited to bedrooms,golf, spa, outdoor activities, dining and transport
• Correctly input all requirements of thebooking systems such as rate codes, market codes, accounting instructions,operational directives, guest information, payments and correlation to source
• Continue communication with all guests afterinitial booking is made and assist them to amend details or further buildprogrammes and finalize details until day prior to arrival when accurate andinformative reservation is handed over to Front Office to prepare for guestsarrival
• Maximize revenues and create additionalrevenues, by utilizing upselling techniques in all areas of the resort
• Actively and consistently enroll Trump CardPrivileges members to develop brand loyalty and to meet department targets
• Ensure guest profiles are maintained, mergedand updated on a regular basis to provide accurate Company, Agent andIndividual Guest information at all times
• Maintain high levels of selling andcommunication skills while promoting the Hotel, our Restaurants, Golf, Spa andOutdoor Activity facilities and all other services and products
• Ensure that Forbes telephone & reservation standards are fully met,consistently and efficiently

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

• Attention to detail and ability to multitaskin a fast paced environment are essential
• Must be able to confidently speak, read, writeand understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace to facilitate thecommunication process
• Requires strong communication skills, bothverbal and written
• Must have good mathematical skills
• Candidate should be a customer serviceorientated people person
• Must be self-disciplined when working alonealthough most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employeerequired to work very closely and efficiently with other members while willingto act as team leader and take initiative where required
• Must possess proficient computational ability,including but not limited to use of Google Docs, Google Sheets-and E-mail
• Knowledge or experience of hotel operationsand previous sales experience/familiarity of sales techniques would be anadvantage
• You must have a positive outlook and exude genuine warmth that leavesour guests looking forward to their Turnberry experience with positiveanticipation following their interaction with you
