Job summary

Trump Turnberry seeks a Food & Beverage Waitperson to join our legendary team. You will assist in delivering high-quality food and beverage services, learn the resort’s products, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, professional approach.

You will uphold brand standards, upsell where appropriate, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth service. Prior hospitality experience in 4–5 star settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
• Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest.
• Previous, similar experience in 4 – 5 Star environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Scope:

To assist in the service of a high-quality food & beverage product to customers. To assist in the development of Food & Beverage products and Services across the resort. To answer guests' requests and resolve guests' problems.

• To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.


• To adhere to all company policies and procedures


• To manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.


• To ensure a timely delivery of all guests’ orders.


• To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.


• Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.


• Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information takes place.


• Any other reasonable task requested by your manager
