The role

Due to the continued success and growth of the division, we are looking for a tenacious and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office. The role involves providing market insights and support to deliver on high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Executive Search team to provide research support for live retained mandates and market-mapping projects
• Tracking progress and recording data to create an overarching database and talent pool
• Presenting progress/update reports to stakeholders with qualitative and quantitative data
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Collaborating with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
